Award One – Programme that qualifies the participant to be a lead coach for Child, Youth or Adult players Award 1 Youth /Adult Coaching Course This course runs over 7 nights as detailed below
Foundation Course should be completed by anyone intending doing Award One Course

· Saturday 23rd March (Team Play And Tactical Ploys)
· Saturday 23rdMarch (Physical Fitness: Components & Principles)
· Monday 25th March (P1: Playing Facts P2: Psychological Focus)
· Wednesday 27th March (Lifestyle ,Planning and Conclusion)
